There is a kid across the street apartments painting the iron stairway balusters with a pail of paint and a two inch brush. Surely there's a better way?
Brush, roller, mitt and spray are the only options. Of those options brush is often the best choice. While a mitt is the quickest it doesn't give the nicest finish.
1. Mitt (likely two coat) 2. Cigar roller 3. Painter
